Switching Prepaid plans
Yes! You can switch between JUST Prepaid plans without having to port, change your mobile number or lose service.
When you initially Activate a new JUST Prepaid SIM you will automatically be connected to the JUST Prepaid 39c Plan. You can switch from the 39c Prepaid Plan to a JUST Prepaid Cap Plan at any time.
How to switch to a Cap Plan
Simply purchase a Recharge Voucher from the Prepaid Cap range (e.g. $19, $29 or $39) and when you activate the Recharge Voucher you will automatically be switched to the Cap Plan.
How to switch to the 39c Prepaid Plan
Simply purchase a Recharge Voucher from the 39c Prepaid plan range (e.g. $30, $50 or $100) and when you activate the Recharge Voucher you will automatically be switched to the 39c Prepaid Plan.

What are the rules for switching?
- Call Credits do not accumulate when switching between Prepaid Plans (i.e. switching from the 39c Prepaid Plan to Cap Plan; or Cap Plan to 39c Prepaid Plan) and any credit balance will be forfeited.
- All Credits on the same Prepaid Plan accumulate up to the value of $500
