Switching Prepaid plans

You can switch between JUST Prepaid plans without having to port, change your mobile number or lose service.

When you activate a new JUST Prepaid SIM you'll automatically be connected to the JUST 15 Prepaid Plan. You can then switch over to a JUST Prepaid Cap any time.

How to switch to a Cap Plan

Purchase a Recharge Voucher from the Prepaid Cap range (e.g. $19, $29 or $39) and when you activate the voucher you'll automatically switch to the Cap Plan.

How to switch to the JUST 15 Prepaid Plan

Purchase a Recharge Voucher from the JUST 15 Prepaid Plan range (e.g. $15, $20, $30, $50 or $100) and when you activate the voucher you'll automatically switch to the JUST 15 Prepaid Plan.

What are the rules for switching?

• Unused call credits are lost when you switch between Prepaid Plans, and any unused JUST TALK minutes are lost when you recharge.
• The current maximum account balance that you can have at any point of time is $500.
